Denny connected with me on my website placePortland.com and said he wanted a large, newer home in the Beaverton area for him and his family. He said that he and his wife were relocating from Washington State and that his son in Chicago would be joining them for a new restaurant venture. They will be taking over ownership of Thai 5 in Beaverton. Denny is from Thailand but has been in the U.S. for a few decades now. He is very experienced in the restaurant business and I enjoy picking his brain about what separates the successful from the unsuccessful. Turns out, it’s not so different from success in other ventures. Success leaves clues. Follow the clues, take some risks and mix in some hard work. Ok, a lot of hard work.
Denny and Son will be in full swing as new owners of the restaurant on November 1 and proud owners of a brand new home in the Arbor Oaks neighborhood. The home is a 3 Bedroom, 2.1 Bath D.R. Horton home with all the bells, whistles and shine that you find in a new home. It was an honor to help Denny and his wife find and secure this home. I can’t wait to turn the keys over to them and join them for a meal at Thai 5. You should do the same. Basil Fried Rice with Chicken is what I like. How about you?
