As a native Oregonian who has lived in Portland for over 17 years, I consider myself to be a “Portland Enthusiast.” I love this city and will tell anyone within earshot why if ever asked.

I’m also the daughter of a Realtor ®, which means I’ve been involved in this industry one way or another most of my life. I know the business, I know how to listen, and how to give my clients what they need during these pivotal processes.

When you are involved in helping someone buy or sell a home, you move beyond just a working relationship. I see my clients not just as a paycheck, but as a new partner.

As a Diamond Level member of the Portland Metro Association of Realtors Master’s Circle and a Five Star Professional I specialize in:

* Home Selling
* First Time Home Buying
* New Homes and New Construction
* Condos and Townhomes
* 2nd Homes and Vacation Homes

What my clients have to say:

“Once again Amanda, you are great to work with. You had good advice, you listened to our desires, you helped us weigh the scenarios, and you helped us find a cash buyer. Thank you for everything and I like the way your company does business, with  heart and soul for a community and its people. With peace and grace.” – Mark & Wendy

“Buying a home is both exciting and stressful. Combine this with the complications of a 1200 mile relocation and one is liable to go insane. We worked with Amanda in an effort to find a home in far-away Portland, OR, on a reconnaissance trip. While such a trip offers no guarantee of a sale, Amanda was completely professional and friendly as she took us to numerous properties which would fit our needs. She was punctual, polite, and helpful. We’d recommend her services to anyone in need of real-estate services.” – Marcus

“We were so lucky to work with Amanda Haworth on our first home purchase, her knowledge and expertise in the Portland, OR housing market was invaluable. We found a perfect first home much quicker than anticipated. A year after we moved in, Amanda came to our rescue when the new roof, put on by the seller, started leaking into our kitchen. Amanda backtracked to the seller and was able to get it all straightened out for us. Thanks so much Amanda!” -Jason M.

“I had the opportunity to work with Amanda Haworth on a recent transaction. Amanda is a personable and caring Realtor and a great advocate for her clients. She has that rare ability to be tenacious on the business end of real estate, but warm and approachable on the people end. Her clients are in good hands.” -Vince K.

“We were dreading buying a home in this hyper-competitive environment but Amanda Haworth navigated us through the process painlessly. As first time home buyers, she made the process quite easy and stress free for us. Amanda was accommodating when it came to scheduling showings around our work schedule. She is professional, experienced, friendly, and overall a great person to work with. We love our new home and neighborhood. We cannot recommend Amanda highly enough!” -Anna S.

Touring homes for Bay Area transplants, Cielo, Eric and their son, Noah was a short, sweet and fun adventure. A couple of the homes we toured over the course of two separate outings, were freshly remodeled top to bottom.
