While we don’t want to move again anytime soon, we would absolutely choose them again should we have the opportunity. They were well prepared on both the buy side and sell side and regularly provided quick, direct and helpful information throughout the entire process.
They regularly went above and beyond reasonable expectations (how many other agents would bring their own vacuum to help you clean up *after* the place is sold and you’ve moved out? or get dinner for the family delivered to their office so we could find time to meet together?).
Additionally, their network of service people from home inspection all the way through closing helped us get through the process as efficiently and professionally as possible. Selling and buying real estate is an expensive and emotional journey, but each time we’ve worked with Kari and Erika, we feel that we got incredible value and that they had our best interest in mind.
