She’s fun and kind and so good at what she does! Her entire business revolves around providing expert advise and information so the buyers can make the best decision for themselves. Her approach is so balanced and flexible that it was seamless working with her, even though we were purchasing from out of state. Her knowledge of real estate in general, but the market in Portland in particular, is astounding. She negotiated so well with the other realtor and was able to get us a staggering amount of credits, repairs and adjustments to the offer that feels like an absolute fluke in this current market.
