I’m a strategist at heart. Once we’ve got a clear vision on your goals I love drawing the road map how to get there. I’m a natural problem solver and resiliency is my superpower. I get excited by nudging you to see the bigger picture of your goals when the process can drag you down into the moment. I’ve been called by my clients as, “contagiously enthusiastic”.
Selling a home or taking the leap to buy is an exciting transition which can create other shifts and opportunities for you to take control of the direction of your life and discover the next version of yourself.
WILL YOU TAKE TWO BUCKS INSTEAD OF THREE?
Negotiating was a skill I honed early in life, whether it was persuading for a later bedtime, or heading down to South Florida flea markets where my parents would encourage me to, “work a deal” on a comic book or a kitchen gadget. Even back then, I loved the thrill of asking for what I want.

I LOVE PORTLAND! (and welcoming new people)
I relocated to Portland from Florida in 2010, and am grateful to have built an incredible life here in this weird city. It’s always an honor to be a welcoming face and a warm smile to others arriving and looking for home.
WHAT I DO WHEN I’M NOT THINKING ABOUT REAL ESTATE?
Wait, is that a thing? I’m always thinking about real estate. I love wheeling and dealing! Before I was a Realtor, I started the journey as an investor. Fun fact: I helped an investment group flip over 100 properties my first 2 years in industry!
I’ve had a rental portfolio for over 10 years and dabble in all areas of the industry. My speciality is the concierge level service we can deliver when someone wants to sell and let us take the wheel. My team and I love to work as project managers and orchestrate the 50 different vendors & contractors to make miracles happen in short amounts of time.

Dill helped me buy three duplexes thru an exchange of property I owned in California.
She had to work with tight time frames required by the Federal Government for doing a like kind exchange. Superb is the only term that fits Dill as a realtor. She helped me work with a loan broker, Exchange Agent, three escrow companies and inspectors. A tough negotiator that takes care of her client. Thanks again Dill.
We live in the Atlanta, GA area but have wanted a second home in Portland since our daughter moved there in 2011. We can't rave enough about Dill! Over the past two years that we have been working with her she has patiently stood beside us in our quest for a NoPo home. Dill never tired of showing us listings when we visited Portland. I was the worst ever for vacillating on whether to take the leap and buy or not. Little did we know the Portland market was going to get as crazy as it did this Spring when we actually decided to jump in. Over the course of a month, we found several homes that we loved. We were outbid on the first two homes that we put offers on. Dill remained upbeat and told us not to worry because she would help us find something even better. And she was right! With her help and expertise in negotiating we were able to get a contract on our third try! Anyone currently in the Portland market understands how remarkable this is! Not only that, we felt that she was able to offer insight and practicality...We were in Portland for seven short days and were actually able to get a contract during that time...amazing! She also looked after us and insisted we have inspections done which proved to be a very wise decision. Since we did a 60 day seller rent back as part of the deal, Dill was still very much in the loop for those 60 days after we had closed. Lastly I have to admit that I can be very Type A and I think Dill was able to temper that to some extent so I didn't get so stressed out along the way. Sometimes I still can't believe we were able to get our place in Portland in such a hyper competitive market...Thank you Dill!!!
We didn’t have a big budget, but that didn’t matter. Dill and her team helped us find the PERFECT HOME! She gave us the A-1 treatment. We are #fansforlife
After several years of back and forth decision making, my partner and I decided to buy a house this past month. Dill has been there through it all, despite our wishy-washy nature. While Dill was excellent in the home-seeking stage of the process, she was amazing after the contract was agreed to! I never knew how valuable an agent could be post-contract, but Dill showed me that this is where great agents shine most!
Dill facilitated the process from start to finish and was an advocate for us throughout the inspection and negotiation stages. She had fantastic advice every step of the way, and her knowledge, enthusiasm, and responsiveness took a great deal of the stress off my family.
We wouldn't ever consider changing agents, and anyone would be lucky to have Dill in their corner!
