I can’t say enough positive things about working with Place Portland. Kristine is one of the warmest, most dedicated, and most understanding people I have ever met. Kristine patiently showed us all the things to look for when buying a house, and made herself available to us for any questions we had at any time. Even now, a month after we’ve closed, Kristine has been incredibly helpful, and has checked up on us several times to see if we need anything. I can say, without a doubt, that without Kristine, we would have never gotten an offer accepted on our current house (which appraised over what we offered, which is rare in this market).
