Growing up one hour south of Portland, in Salem, I was always surrounded by small business owners and hard workers.
My father owned (and still does) an auto repair shop and for as long as I can remember, he knew, well, everyone. It’s pretty amazing how connected one can feel when you really embrace the people within your community. I knew I always wanted that same feeling to be a part of my business. How could it feel like work if we got to enjoy the people involved in it?
Having business degrees in leadership and management and human resources, I have found a real pleasure in connecting that special, sappy community feel to real estate.
Buying and selling homes is a huge deal and I want my clients to feel supported throughout the process. The goal is to keep you educated and at ease from start to finish. So much so that you’d trust me to help your family, friends, and colleagues just the same. I know the city and the houses, I have the creative vision, and I know what it takes to get you where you want to be.
*Wanting to sell a home?* I will help guide you through the prepping and the primping. Offering fresh marketing and a thorough approach to get you the best sale possible. *Want to buy a home?* I promise to keep you educated and up to speed by walking carefully through repair options and negotiation strategies. I will connect you with the necessary service people like roofers, HVAC technicians, and even interior designers. Years after the sale has closed? That same service still applies.
Expert in negotiations, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping things on the right track.
When I’m not selling houses, you’ll catch me hanging with my beloved and very dorky dachshund, wrangling my two crazy cats, hiking the gorge and exploring the outdoors, loving on our environment, and enjoying my people.
