Hi, I’m Steve Buchert, a residential Realtor specializing in the close-in neighborhoods of Portland and the northern Oregon coast.
I’ve been a full time Realtor since 1993 and am proud to say I have built my business on each and every transaction. Most of my business now comes from former clients coming back or referring their friends to me. I work with both buyers and sellers and strive to give each the best representation possible.
Buyers: I offer extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and construction techniques to help with the search of the best house.
My aim is to keep you focused on your goals while helping you find the best value and quality.
Sellers: I offer my excellent and innovative marketing skills, utilizing the latest technologies to promote your home and I put my all into getting your home sold for the most money and in a timely matter.
For both buyers and sellers I offer top-level negotiating skills and over 21 years experience navigating through a transaction.
Steve Buchert has guided me through four major real estate transactions, twice as a listings agent and twice as a buyer's agent.
One of the things I most appreciate about Steve is his honest approach to home sales. If he thinks a property isn't good enough for you, he will tell you. If he thinks your home isn't ready to be put on the market and needs some cosmetic or mechanical updates, he will break the news to you in a gentle, tactful way. Best of all, Steve makes the stressful process of buying or selling a home fun. His positive, contagious effervescence is a huge factor. During my last home sale, he held a wonderful open house that attracted hundreds of people (my neighbors reported back to me that the food was great). Thanks to his advertising efforts and knowledge of the market, my home sold within a week, above asking price. I would recommend Steve Buchert without reservation.
