We were overwhelmed by the craziness of the market in Portland, but he led us through a somewhat stressful bidding process with grace and confidence. Steve was super responsive and was willing to take as much time as we needed to explain or talk through any step along the way. He was knowledgeable and patient and shared his honest opinions. A great network of contractors were on his speed dial, getting us through the inspection phase quickly and with solid information. He went above and beyond to work well with the listing agent, our mortgage broker, and even the sellers to insure the process would go smoothly and on schedule. Working with Steve is like working with a good friend. He has a great sense of humor and is honest and positive. These things are invaluable when buying a home.
