SOLD | Winning + Well Under Budget in Richmond!

Bigger smiles I have not seen 😻

Congratulations SOPHIE + BRETT for absolutely nailing it 🔨

The maker of magical connections (@raybluepdx of course) brought us together over a Zoom in early Jan. Thirty seven days later, I captured these moments of pure joy / giddy bliss! ✨

Sometimes the right house pops up while you’re getting your ducks in a row. This one went pending just as we were rolling up our sleeves. We clocked it (Brett even went to the open house), but accepted that the stars weren’t aligned for this one. 🔮

Ten days later, these two were fully onboarded and had just started touring when 💥BAM💥 this bungalow came back on market. After careful consideration, they swooped and scooped, revising their offer in the 11th hour to edge out the competition. ⚡️

What was the biggest win? Was jt buying a 1910 home with an already-reinforced foundation? Or staying MASSIVELY ($100K+) under budget without compromising on any wants/needs? Or putting down roots only 2 blocks from where you got married? (Not stretching for effect…literally 2 blocks.) ❣️

They’ll let me know once they move in. But first – paint!

CHEERS ✨ Y’all made buying your first home look ez-pz.
