I’ve already recommended her to several friends. There’s not enough room for all the great things I have to say about Lydia! It was our first time buying a home and we hit a couple hiccups along the way but Lydia was always so patient and encouraging, we really felt like she was on our side fighting for us. She suggested doing a scan for an underground oil tank (I never would have thought of that), and it ended up saving us $20k by having the seller decommission it. She knows the business well and is a top notch communicator. I’ve already recommended her to several friends. Thank you so much Lydia!!!

A realtor who goes above and beyond!. If you are looking for a realtor that will go absolutely above and beyond your expectation and prioritize your needs constantly, look no further than Lydia! She is such an incredible and hard working realtor and also just an all around lovely person. We were on a search for a home that felt truly special for 5 months in an incredibly competitive market and she never got tired or slow in helping us. She was also completely transparent and candid if we were overlooking something that may have made owning a particular home difficult in the future. Lydia was very enjoyable to work with. She is knowledgeable about Portland neighborhoods including their amenities and possible drawbacks. She is a great communicator and always prompt to get back to you and follow up on anything that needs to be investigated. She was able to quickly arrange homes tours (even when she was out of state for the holiday) when a house popped up that we were interested in. I always felt like she had our best interests in mind and helped steer us away from some homes that wouldn't have been a good fit. A brilliant negotiator. Working with Lydia was a blast, they are a true pro. We met one Saturday and took a tour of several homes within our price range. They helped us get a view of what was available at the time and when we found a house we really liked they made an aggressive offer on our behalf.
