Lynn and Pat were great fun to work with this summer.
Living in Colorado and wintering in Arizona they decided they needed a place close to Portland so they could hang out with their daughter and her family in the summers. They wanted to be near the ocean but wanted privacy and at least an acre which would be impossible to deliver. Wondering why so much land was needed, I learned Pat preferred to wear less clothes then Lynn made have preferred at times. When looking at property I did enjoy making the joke, go ahead strip down walk the property and get a feel for it. We settled on a 2/3 of an acre surrounded by tall landscaping up on a hill. However, I could not deliver on nude beaches. I am speculating that on warm summer nights they will drive onto the beach and set up your campfire and hang out and looking at the stars. If someone slips down the ocean for a night time skinny dip I am not sure anyone will be the wiser. The Oregon coast delivers summer time fun again! Dave Leach Broker Living Room Realty
