Connected by a shared love of Japanese design

By Living Room Realty, October 5, 2018

Most of my clients are word of mouth referrals but occasionally, I have the pleasure of forming new friendships through research and the internet. Such is the case with my most recent closing story.

A husband and wife dream team were in need of an agent to help them find their perfect home. Several internet searches and bio reads later, they found me! I have a design business and the aesthetic of several of my projects (and my personal home) is a blend of modern, mid-century and Japanese design. It was the Japanese design that also claimed a love in their hearts too.

As luck would have it, after showing them several properties, the house they fell in love with was a mid-century home with a nod to Japanese design and proportions. The home has transportive landscaped grounds but the interior will need a bit of finessing to transform it into the home they can call their own. We began planning their design and upgrades during the transaction.

It is such a blessing and a treat to be able to work with clients who are in-sync on the ideas and concepts for a remodeling project. We have already made so much progress. I can not wait to see their house fully transformed into their family home.

Ever Grateful,

Shannon
