Bachelor Dave bought a cute 3 bedroom starter house on a 1/4 acre lot in NE Portland a couple of years ago. He fixed it up and made it even cuter.
Now he’s engaged to his dream girl, Crystal and they are planning a spring wedding. It was time to sell the bachelor pad. With fresh paint inside and out, and lovely professional staging, the home showed beautifully and was under contract in just four days. Fresh, clean starter homes with nice updating can be particularly hard to find. David is pretty happy with the results and looking forward to the future.
