Sure, you’ll need to put a little effort into things, for example gathering your life supply of documents to provide to your mortgage lender, hustling to get through inspections and earnest money in the first couple days of a transaction, and then all the glory of moving from one place to another…but the rest really can be smooth sailing and simple. And we can have a good time along the way!

Anna moved from a version of my dream life, living on a sail boat for a while on Hayden Island, to this spacious, 3 bedroom condo with two baths, a cozy fireplace, and a bird haven just outside the living room window. The seller even left her a bunch of furniture to help with the transition. Enough space to welcome some roommates and she gets to keep the sailboat for times where she wants her partial escape from the busy life of 2018.
