1925 Was a Good Year

Danielle and Aaron were ready to buy their first house and they wanted to work with a Living Room agent.

They called the office, we arranged a meeting and started looking at homes right away. They allocated plenty of time, because they had heard all the stories about months of looking and losing out after multiple offers. But, the stars aligned. I think we were all a little surprised when they found this sweet 1925  craftsman, in the neighborhood they wanted, in  under 10 days. Here’s to years of sunset views from the front porch!
