Known as a food truck superpod, Cartlandia has a food cart for all tastes. It’s a bike-friendly pod right off of the Springwater Corridor with 28 different trucks all serving varying international cuisines. Among them you’ll see the pink Voodoo Doughnuts truck serving up classics like their maple bacon bar and the Memphis Mafia.
As with any cluster of food trucks, it is a challenge to decide what to get – ramen sounds good, but then so does the Apocalypse Now burger, and then you’ve always wanted to try pupusas. Once you’ve made this all-important decision, take your food into the family friendly Blue Room Bar, where they have local beers on tap and live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
