Blog Buyer Timing, Timing, Timing

Timing, Timing, Timing

By Kristine Lebow:

I started working with Dan and Shuli last fall.  With 3 children, they needed another bedroom but loved their neighborhood and wanted to stay close, so our search area was limited.  We looked  without finding a home they were interested in until they were discouraged enough to stop looking.  The next day, I got a call that they wanted to see one last home- which fortuitously, turned out to be the one!  Not only did we find a house that they are excited about in a dream location, we managed to pull off one of the most complicated of  transactions- buying and selling concurrently.

That requires making a contingent offer, getting it accepted and finding a buyer within a short window. Which requires patience and cooperation from all the parties involved.  Thanks to great agents on both sides we successfully closed their sale one day and their purchase the next.  I could not be more excited for Dan, Shuli and the kids.
