Two years ago my clients purchased an adorable home in the Richmond neighborhood. It honestly was love at first sight. They painted walls, remodeled the bathroom, updated lighting and did so much more to the house. They had an amazing top level “suite” of a master bedroom with french doors that go out to a deck overlooking their lovely backyard. Doesn’t it sound like a dream? And then something happened…they had the cutest little baby boy. They’ve lived in this sweet house with their equally sweet boy for nearly two years, but felt the urge to have a bit more privacy, a bigger yard and some TREES. Their new house provides them all that and more. This tudor style home on nearly a half acre lot with green space behind them is going to be the perfect place for their family to grow and make new memories. I couldn’t be more happy for them!
