Oh hello,
I’d like you to take a look at this here baby. I mean, have you ever? You haven’t even ever and you could never. But it just so happens that Tony and Aya have. They made that kid from scratch and thankfully for us, brought this angelic creature with them this winter when they decided to relocate to Portland from Chicago.
This time last year I had sold a gorgeous SW hills home to Tony’s parents, who wanted to be closer to previously mentioned darling grandchild once they arrived. Talk about family planning!
Sometimes we work with wicked cool clients and I think that my luck might run out, but then they refer us their super cool kids and the streak continues!
We knew they wanted some basics, a stand-alone home with at least 3 bedrooms on the Eastside. I partnered with my personal hero and as it were, business partner Becca to find them and baby Ellie the sweetest, strongest craftsman this side of the river. Not to brag, but I think we nailed it. They do too. Nestled right off Division, this classic bungalow has modern updates and is right around the corner from all amenities any child-rearing family could want. Listen, we can’t cook EVERY meal at home, ok?
We may or may not have sent a picture of the baby to seal the deal, but that’s not relevant. What is relevant is that you can now get a house of this caliber under 700k with the right help and boy, do we got the moves(brushes shoulders off).
