I had the pleasure of helping a new client sell one of her rental properties in the lovely Lents neighborhood. It was a delightful surprise to discover that our amazing designers, Bologna Sandwich, live on the same street! They made this cute illustration before we went on market and, like everything they do, it’s adorable.
My client worked hard to get this house ready for market and we did a lot of work to make sure it got maximum exposure. After just a few days on the market, the home sold for more than $20,000 over asking.
