I met Josh, Barb and their beautiful pup Parker back in 2015 and helped them buy their first home while I was good and pregnant with Sadé Bloom. The journey was definitely not an easy one competing in multiple offer situation after another. But Barb & Josh were in it to win it and took a back up position without feeling defeated. We encouraged them that when we could get them into a home, that one day it would be their turn to be on the seller side. Low and behold, the previous sale fell apart and we got bumped into first position and closed soon after.

Well, becoming “the sellers” came true this past March. They both toiled long and hard, preparing their home for the market. On day 1 of it going live, we had back to back showing appointments. By day 3 we were in contract with 7 well above list price offers.
This photo was taken the night we went over all 7 seven overs in detail and negotiated an offer that would set them sailing towards the finish line netting them over what they had planned to help them with their next home sweet home.
Josh & Barb are one of THE most beautiful couples Jason & I have had the honor of working with. I have loved seeing our friendship grow through the intimate process of buying and selling together. They are two people that we will keep close in our lives always because of our restaurant dates, their HUGE hearts and of course our shared Asian roots.
We love you three peas. Excited to start another adventure with you both of finding your new home sweet home!
