When you know what you like, stick with it! My clients and I set out months ago to find a classic craftsman home not far from their Roseway Bungalow. After a couple months of careful searching, we stumbled upon their new home! A block from Roseway shops, just blocks to the Alameda Ridge and about the same distance from their first home, there she was! A classic storybook bungalow with two proud dormers and a classic layout perfect for their needs. When I met them to give them their new keys they walked over. They walked over! Nothing beats finding a better home in a neighborhood you already know and love!
