Condo cutie in Jantzen Beach

The owner lives in Montana and he called me and said he wanted to sell one of the two condos he owned in Jantzen Beach because he wanted to get working on his bucket list!  I am all in for traveling and experiencing life in new countries! So, the tenant found out and he wanted to purchase it. So, he got his paperwork together and got it to the lender.  3 weeks later, he now owns his condo and he didnt even have to move!  So glad this worked out for everyone!
