Hard to imagine a better place to meet a client that at a yoga retreat in Costa Rica, and that’s where I was fortunate enough to meet Kate.
This January we chatted about Portland houses (while eating ice cream from the local market) during a tropical rain storm. As a first time buyer, Kate spent a few weeks exploring the market and financing options before making an offer. It was time well spent! We talked in depth about the market and the process of finding the house that would be home, so when her first two offers were not accepted, she was prepared to believe that her house was still out there and within reach. House #3 was the one, and she is delighted to call it home. I am delighted to have been a part of the experience!
