These 2 lovely people came to me late last year, wanting to get started in the new year, looking to buy a home. They bought a condo a few years ago, when they were childless and since, have had 1 sweet baby, and are outgrowing their condo. So, we started looking early this year and had to go through a few frogs before finding their prince. The house that they did buy, is in an awesome neighborhood, with a great park right down the street, great schools and a mid century house that they are going to remodel. Super excited to see the finished product and one of my favorite parts of what I do, helping people build equity though doing the work themselves instead of buying a home already fixed up!
