I have been working with Nik since 2012, when he bought his first house for $100,000. He remodeled it himself and added a ton of equity. He then used his HELOC and pulled money from that to then buy his 2nd home, that he flipped. Between now and then, he has done 4 flips and this is the next one. I really admire Nik and his work ethic, because he has, during this time, worked full time at his regular job and had 3 babies. Hard work pays off!
