This was a fun one! This was my first time working with family, and boy was it different. It was a super cute home in Tigard, in a community of recent rentals. All of the homes were beige or white. When we listed, we knew we had to differentiate ourselves from the neighborhood. They had already redone the entire first floor, but it was the exterior that was going to draw people in. And it worked! The suburbs work a little slower than it does in the inner city, but we sold their house for a value their happy with! I’m looking forward to the house hunt going forward!
