We went in metaphorical guns a-blazin’ on this sweet NoPo bungalow and even with multiple offers, Brooke managed to shine bright and land this darlin’ under contract! We were prepared for the long haul but stars aligned and it ended up being a one and done situation.
The house itself is a great Cape Cod in Portsmouth with 2 full bathrooms, which we scored for the sweet deal of $375k. She has big plans to update and make it her own, including opening up the kitchen up with a sliding door to a spankin’ new deck overlooking the backyard. It’s going to look so freakin good!
