I just want to congratulate Linda – and the triplets – on the purchase of their new home!  I remember when the girls were born and now, suddenly, they are 16 years old!  This is our 4th transaction together, with the first dating so far back there were no triplets yet.  I wish you all many happy years in your new home and neighborhood.  It is always a pleasure working with all of you!
