We got the call! Some of our dearest friends who live in Texas called and said that they had a new job in Portland and were ready to move out.
These special buyers had been eyeing a home online for a little while that was listed by the owner (not with a broker) and was priced out of their budget but they really liked it. They had one 3 day whirlwind buying trip to find and purchase a home and right before their plane landed, the home that they had been watching went on market with an agent for the exact price they were approved to. They landed, viewed the home and we had an accepted offer for them within 24 hours! We had a great, smooth transaction where all of the pieces fell into place and they are now officially Portlanders!
