Eric came to me as a referral from an awesome past client. He was living in a micro apartment in NW with his 2 dogs. After living like this for a few years he decided it was time to give his dogs a yard. We looked and looked and saw maybe 50 homes, made some offers and didn’t win and then, there is was. The one. We found him a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in SE with a nice back yard and a detached 2 car garage, all for under 350,000. He is so excited for this new adventure and I am so excited for him.
