The definition of laid back and easy.

Last year I had helped Jesse and his partner buy a former church property.  It was in disrepair and had multiple issues but throughout the inspection process they were both easy going and did not stress out about the problems laid before them.  They had a goal in mind and they knew they would do almost anything to achieve it.  They owned this home in Montavilla and were in no rush to sell it so they kept it.  They let friends and family use the home as they didn’t need it.

I received a text from Jesse stating their desire to sell this summer and of course they had a goal in mind.  We put it on the market and within 2 weeks we were off the market, under contract, and the buyers were doing inspections.  Not once did my clients state or show any fears, concerns, or difficulties.  We all knew it was an older home, built in 1972, without any major upgrades in the past 3 years.  The buyers asked for reasonable repairs and Jesse was happy to make it work.  He trusted me and my opinions on what was required and what was necessary.  Easy!

Once again I’m happy to help Jesse attain his goals and it was a pleasure to work with him.
