It’s A Family Affair

By Living Room Realty, August 26, 2019

After helping my clients sell their beautiful home this spring, they were ready to make the transition to a smaller home. They wanted an opportunity to live almost exclusively on the main floor and one in a more walkable neighborhood.

Let’s be honest – the real motivation was to be closer to those cute grandkids!

A well-kept mid-century in Providence Heights (Laurelhurst meets North Tabor) was identified within hours of going live on the market. Since my buyer’s had been waiting for this house and we jumped in!

After tons of market research on what similar homes sold for recently, the development of a highly communicative relationship with the selling side and the motivation of my buyers I knew we were in a winning position. We presented incredible terms that were appealing to the seller’s unique situation and voila- over 10 other offers (even a cash one), and we won!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. A 9-day closing is possible!

When family is at the center of real estate decisions-there are a lot of winners! I’m so happy for my buyers and their family! Congratulations and thanks for choosing me to help you with this important change.
