See You At Belmont Station!

By Living Room Realty, October 8, 2019

I love it when everything works out. Christina was referred to us by a good friend here at Living Room, and she knew exactly what she wanted. She wanted a condo on the inner east side, that was walkable, and easy to maintain. From our first meeting, she had three particular properties in mind. Immediately we walked all three. It was in the third one that she got the feeling, the “this is it” feeling that comes over home buyers. Before the day was over we had our offer written up!

To make it work, a few dominos had to fall first. Christina was inheriting some money from the sale of her mother’s home in California, but that had yet to close. We worked with the listing agent down there, as well as her escrow company. Early on, we connected the dots and started an open communication with all parties down there and all parties up here. That proved key to making our deal go through..

There was a couple speed bumps that we ran into, but in the end we closed exactly when we originally planned and Christina is now living in inner SE Portland, a close walk to mainstays like the Portland Nursery and Belmont Station (a personal favorite of mine). Cheers to you Christina, and I’ll definitely see you at Belmont Station!
