Standing in Front

By Living Room Realty, October 31, 2019

We met Nick and Daphne for drinks at Martha’s Cafe in the Buckman neighborhood to discuss their home search dreams in October of 2018. Their main goal was to find a home with great rentability. We quickly realized how amazingly bright and down to earth they both were. At that time they were still in the decision making process of narrowing down who their representative would be for this very important decision.

Then in September of 2019 we got a very special call to say that they were now ready to start looking for their home sweet home. It felt a little bit like Christmas Day to know that we were going to be able to help them on this very special journey to home ownership.

After competing in a multiple offer situation we didn’t come in first place but Nick & Daphne were not phased and kept their chins up knowing that the right home would come around at the right now. And low and behold it did. They wanted to be the first offer in and gave our offer a strong competitive edge which helped the seller choose theirs among their other offers.

They negotiated repairs and concessions in 7 business days landing them on top once again.

It’s been amazing to work along side them both and we are so excited to see them cross the finish line standing in front of their home sweet home.

Cheers to you both Nick & Daphne! Drinks at Martha’s Cafe soon to follow!
