Milwaukie is on the move!!

With housing demand and pricing continuing to climb in the Portland area there is a flurry of activity in Milwaukie Oregon these days. Situated less than 8 miles from downtown with generally cheaper property taxes and a revitalized downtown area bustling with new restaurants, food carts, bars, shops and (my personal favorite) farmers market. It also boasts Portland’s newest light rail extension running right through the middle of it all for ease of public transportation wherever you need to go..
