Monica and I first met two years ago when she started thinking about buying a house. The prospect of buying loomed large, so we talked in detail about the process and she talked to a couple of lenders until she really understood the path to get there. Then she went to open houses to research exactly what she wanted.
Monica found this cutie at a Sunday open house. They already had 2 offers and were reviewing the next day, so we put together our best offer and it was accepted!
On move-in day, her friends helped celebrate by gift wrapping her door while she was en route. The smile says it all.
