I met Erin and Tommy at an open house a couple of months ago when they were just starting to look for their first home. One of the things that they had on their ‘if we could have everything we wanted’ list was to be near a park.
We looked are a couple of weeks without seeing anything that met the criteria and the budget but then a house came up across the street from Normandale Park in NE. It was perfect, and it felt like it was meant to be—except for the multiple offers. Tommy and Erin ended up in back up position, but it was only a week later that we got the call that they could have the house.
I love it so much when that happens. Closing the day before Thanksgiving was even sweeter.
