Just Sold in Manzanita Oregon | Smiles All Around.  Motivated by life’s changes, Lee decided to move forward with her dream of having a beach house in Manzanita.  For years she has come to the coast to stay with friends that live here or have homes here but now she has found her own perfect getaway.

Small but mighty, this home has lots of separate spaces for Lee and her cadre of friends to gather together but also to have their own space. One of Lee’s biggest must-haves was a yard for Max, her incredible Goldendoodle.  His smile is proof that he approves.  We found that and more, producing smiles all around.
