It’s that time! Another happy as ever closing and we’re feeling so grateful to be able to help people with such an important process.
We had the pleasure of helping the wonderful Mary Jane purchase a home with her siblings, who had been renting for years. She figured it was time to combine forces and bunk up together.
They kicked the rental life to the curb! Not only do they get to have a home and rules of their own (see ya later, landlord), but they get to invest in something that will pay them back down the line. We’re talking about the benefit of skipping the raising rent prices over the years and the ability to not only sell and get their money back, but hopefully make more of it while home values rise and equity abounds along the way. This is the home ownership dream!
They will be living large in a beautiful Milwaukie home and Paul, Mary Jane’s brother, has big hopes for some delicious home cooked meals by his loving sister. Lucky guy! Such a happy family story.
