When I received the call from my cousin that she and her husband would be moving back up to Portland for work, I was thrilled. The goal was to find them a great broker in Coos Bay who could bring their home to market quickly, and under contract. By having their home Pending Sale in Coos Bay, they were able to come up to Portland and be competitive in the market. The challenge was finding a home that matched their gorgeous home in Coos Bay.
