Gotta love buyers who know what they want and can move quickly! With the January market in full swing, we swooped in and found this charming little home tucked away in John’s Landing. Made a quick offer, jumped through a few hurdles (hello city of Portland and party sewer lines) and still managed to close in 24 days. Kids finally have their own rooms and are getting a dog, mom and dad can relax with a fun 40th Birthday trip, and I am once again so thankful for the amazing clients I get to work with…definitely a perfect score!
