That question is one that many of our clients have been asking us.  The answer is ‘tricky.  In Oregon, one of the  biggest advantage sellers have right now is that there is less competition as many sellers are hitting the pause button.  Inventory remains low in Portland, and buyers have more time on their hands to scout the internet for the property that fits their needs.  Selling can be done in these unprecedented times, but you will need to embrace sales strategies that are more high-tech than high-touch.  We’ve always pushed sellers to hire professional photographers for our listings, but sellers need to take extra steps and  include Digital 3D home tours.  It is also important to increase a sellers virtual marketing by feeding their home into as many platforms as possible.  The secret to selling a home in the next few months will be a mix of technology and out-of-the-box marketing – it’s all about creativity.  Make sure you find the right agent that both knows your neighborhood but also knows how to market a home.  The following is a 3 D tour that helps keep buyers safe in their homes but tour a property.
