Don’t Just Play Through…

By Hans Tonjes, June 23, 2020

There is extremely tight inventory of homes for sale at the Coast this season. Demand remains very high despite the pandemic. This is a time to pay close attention to new listings and communicate often with your broker. This golf course home in Manzanita had a very strong offer hours out the gate and a competing offer soon after. I’m here and ready to help with any of your real estate needs in the Manzanita and north coast markets. Hans Tonjes – hans@livingroomre.com – 503-936-4244
