A Nice Change of Pace

By Living Room Realty, June 29, 2020

Moving up from Southern California to Portland is something a lot of locals have a negative connotation towards. A lot of blame gets put on our southern neighbors who move up here. They’re increasing home prices. They’re changing the culture. I’ve helped quite a few people make the move up, and I’ve never regretted it.

All of the people that move up are escaping their own priced out situation in California. They’re also escaping towards an envious lifestyle that we have here in the PNW. Sally is the most recent transplant who moved up here to be closer to her daughter and grandson. Congratulations to her and hoping this change of pace suits her!
