Some good news during the pandemic…my lovely buyer got a new job!! Now all they needed was a cozy little place nearby. And we sure found it quickly! We met on Saturday, saw 8 condos (all masked up of course!) on Wednesday, and were in contract by Friday. Nothing motivates someone more than wanting to avoid a Portland to Eugene commute every day! This sweet condo was everything they wanted…a historic feel, walkable to shops and restaurants and (because it’s in northwest), parking. Her happiness reminded me of when I first lived in NW and how excited I was to have a whole new neighborhood to explore. So thankful to share in their joy during during these crazy times!
