Congratulaltions to my lovely clients Bob and Sue on the quick sale of their beach house. While they had many years of good times with friends and family here a few steps to the beach, they always thought about living on the ridge to get that ocean and mountain view. I have to say I am going to miss going out with them sleuthing for new homes as they popped up on the market. Always good humored, socially active and they can dance! They are great people who bring joy, kindness and love to Manzanita friends and neighbors. Now time to love where you live in that specular new home and another 25 years. Peace Out!
