James & Karie were looking for a location that had a quiet, relaxing, resort vibe, without being too far out of the city. They preferred newer construction, a master on the main, a chef’s kitchen & a big office so James could work from home. While they weren’t specifically looking to be on a golf course, it just so happened that their perfect house was sitting right on the Eleventh Hole on the OGA Golf Course in the Tukwila Community in Woodburn! Tennis courts, Swimming Pools, & a gorgeous golf course at the ready, was perfect. It truly feels like a vacation out there! Here’s to many pars & birdies!
