Back in the Old Neighborhood!

About ten years ago and before starting their family, Erica & Joshua lived in Portland. They loved their neighborhood near Raleigh Hills and were bummed when they had to leave the Pacific Northwest for work. They promised each other that they would be back, someday. Little did they know that when they returned to Portland, they’d find the absolute perfect house, only a few doors down from their friends in their old neighborhood! It was a competitive offer situation, but their willingness to put their best foot forward, write in very creative & appealing terms, won them the keys! I can’t be happier for their family and I am so thrilled they are back in The PNW!
